WHEN I STARTED HIGH SCHOOL I WAS LIFTING EVERY OTHER WEEK. BUT WHEN I GOT IN THE SCHOOLS WEIGHT ROOM AND FOUND I WAS LIFTING MORE THAN THE SENIORS AS A FRESHEY I WAS HOOKED.
Why I Love It:
BEING IN THE WEIGHT ROOM IS BEING IN YOUR OWN DOMAIN. NO ONE TO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO, HOW TO DO IT, WHEN TO DO IT. THE ONLY THING IN YOUR WAY IS YOURSELF. IT IS THE TERM MADE PHYSICAL OF "ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!" THE WEIGHT ROOM IS MY KINGDOM, THE BENCH MY THROWN AND WHEN IM IN MY PALACE OF METAL AND MUSCLE NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. EVERYTHING MELTS AWAY JUST ME AND THE WEIGHTS.
How I Stay Motivated:
GOOD MUSIC (RAP/ROCK), AND A GOOD COMPLIMENT EVERY NOW AND THEN.
BB Accomplishments:
CHEST. I HAVE GOOD PECS BUT THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

i just got of small waight and insane reps. like 4 sets of 25, 50, 50, 25. baerly any rest time in between. back chest rest legs one day, armes the next. do that for 6 days straight then rest. i repeated this cycle 4 times. i think it helped with my stragnth.
