Loose fat, get in over all better shape.
But I´ve got trobule with those pounds, feet & inches. And of course to get my benchpressing again over 100 kgs.
I am going to lose up to 50lbs and pack on muscle. I plan to do 3 days of heavy lifting and 2 days of cross training and 1 day of toning. Dieting is my biggest problem. I crave carbs all the time.
