Thanks Rich! Just completed my application for the Peace Corps yesterday, and wrote another essay for a scholarship application today. Been staying busy, trying to take advantage of the free time while being productive. Have a great time at the wedding tomorrow! Congratulations!
Thanks Rich, it is starting to come together. Lately I haven't been doing crossovers or flyes. I've just been sticking to press going for the raw power you know. I have done a lot of stabilization exercises in the past and they do help out a lot.
Hi Rich, no I log my own exercises, reps weights ect and adjust as I see fit usually every few weeks but sometimes I change things onthe spuu of the moment as I am really learning to feel and listen to my body so sometimes more reps or sets than planned and sometime less, sometimes I change an exercise or the order. always seeking to improve and really listen to mybody while feeling the contraction.
God Bless
Randy
