Today I started monitoring my intake before a workout. A multivitamin, fish oil, animal pak, B6, B12, Vitamin C, 3 creatine capsules and a protein shake. During my workout I drink water and SIZE ON. My postworkout I drink a whey protein shake with soymilk, glutamine, zinc/magnesium...

Hi Rich thanks a lot! My fav bodybuilders are the late 70's early 80's classics like Frank Zane, guys who strived for perfect proportions. I've heard the waist comment many times now and I guess I can attribute it to genetics a bit as I've never really had a waist larger than 32" in my life, and also a lot of upper chest, lat, delt, and trap work. Thanks again for your comment tho it truly means a lot to me!

no problem,, spawn is a mix of two major steroids, which helps you boost in energy so u can work out twice as long , and lets you gain lots of weight or muscle in my case. but u need other things to support spawn.

very well.I'm going to mountain tomorrow...maybe with the snow!!! so,I trained chest and triceps this morning and I train legs and calves right now.if I play my cards right I may not have to that badly...maybe!!! take care of yourself brother
