Thanks, they're OFFICIAL shudder shadez (kanye west style)........that's awesome about your leg workout!!! I love those kinds. My workouts have been going great other than I've kinda plateaued.

Mine is still deadlocked......I weighed in at an even 180 yesterday after cardio. Im trying to lose 10lbs without taking any supplements so then I'll jump on supplements and hope to lose 10 more and be one lean dude.

Yeah I totally agree with you, dieting is the hardest part. If it was easy, everyone would be walking around with toned bodies (that's why when you and I succeed it'll feel that much better!). The lifting was good today, I did shoulders. I've been doubling up arms (mondays and fridays) just to try and bulk them up a little bit for summer time (in case the abs don't come in at least maybe I can have big arms haha).

Alright good! My workouts be getting more and more intense because summer is coming up and I still don't have abs yet.
