After I graduated high school, I was unsatisfied with what I saw in the mirror so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
It lets a person use their creativity and orginality to bring about different results on their body.
How I Stay Motivated:
There's nothing better than being out in public wearing a cut-off or a tight shirt and feeling full of confidence. Im never cocky and I never act like Im better than a non-lifter, but it's still nice to have cute girls checking you out when you walk by.
BB Accomplishments:
I straight bar curled 135 for one good rep: I finally benched 225 for one: I straight bar shrugged 495 for 3: I deadlifted 405 for 1

ha ha the day i have abs....things are going ok. right now it is a battle with myself to get to the gym. been doing circuit training. it leaves me pretty exhausted. Hope to see some results in a few weeks.
