I really like doing Dumbbell Incline Bench Press and the Pek Dek machine for chest flye runs. I always do more reps with flye exercises than I do with the press exercises.

pretty ****ing good. Every workout i'm always pumped and i only take 1 scoop 30 mins prior. My workout partner doesn;t take anyhitng and he is always dead at the end and i still have energy to go
