How I Started:	After I graduated high school, I was unsatisfied with what I saw in the mirror so I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:	It lets a person use their creativity and orginality to bring about different results on their body.

What chest workout has worked best for you?

I really like doing Dumbbell Incline Bench Press and the Pek Dek machine for chest flye runs. I always do more reps with flye exercises than I do with the press exercises.
