well all my workout will be like a pryamaid from 1 set of low wieghts but several reps, then work my self up untill i reach my max, this will only be a work out for 2-3 excerise per body parts, i have seen and experince a great deal of power and size.

3littlebirds OMG...I think I might be all in! I want to do it right...but that's a ton of food!! I may have to sub eggs with protein shake...I can only handle eggs for so long!! What do you think? He makes such perfect sense of it all that I want to try it...I got some planning to do...Fitness pal..here I come! LOL!!
