i dont what suplments i need to make me bigger i want some thing what will make me agressive in the gym and also will put muscle what i can see in days. becuse my muscles are hard but i dont seem to be geting bigger like the lads at the gym am eating right but dont seem to be gaing any idears...

thank you martin, your support really means a lot to me :) I'm slowly but surely getting back on track and I am feeling much better. Hopefully I will have my physique back up and lookin good in no time, then I will post some new pictures (thanks for the advice on how to flex the biceps, will try that for sure next time)
