How I Started:
i started working out to feel better about myself and to try and look good. i started some actual weightlifting, as in bodybuilding, afterwards because i wanted to gain muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because i enjoy the sensation of lifting weights. i just love exercising! i also love what it does to my body (muscle gain, fat loss)
How I Stay Motivated:
i am self-motivated, however i watch bodybuilding vids on youtube for that extra surge of consistency!

i have been overweight for a long time, i have managed to lose body fat and gain muscle mass. however i still fail to have a hard physique with distint muscle seperation. i want to have a physique like Vince Gironda! to gain muscle in the right places.
