What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Slow and steady - It takes time to see some kind of progress, don't give up..it will happen with proper diet and dedication. Also if you do not know how to use the weights properly or machines ask!!! Sooooo starting on Monday, 9/29/08, a friend of mine on here and myself will post beginning progress pics, take our measurements/weight and not touch a damn bit of anything bad to eat...YOU KNOW WHY??? We are going to see who can lose the most weight in 6 months! Each lb lost we add $5 dollars...
