Goal (Long): I want to hit 175lbs at 10%BF. Starting at 116, that is a huge 59lb increase. I will get there, eventually.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 59 lb

Yesterday I did my routine A of Rippetoe's Starting Strength program.

I did my squats fine and was very pleased, as next workout I get to use a 20kg and 10kg plate on each side.

However when I got onto my bench of (what was supposed to be) 3x5x47.5kg, I completely screwed up my...

Great job musclemage, you can tell a big difference already. Keep up your iron game and let us know how it goes. However if you traded in your mage's spells for a broadsword, you may see even greater results!

Already showing a solid tightly muscled upper body. At your height certainly another 20-30 lbs of muscle will really bring out that hidden physique. Like U say one day at a time. Go for it and have fun with it. Keep us posted. André

You've got a lean tight body to work from. Doing a good job so far. Lots of good food and weights will do the rest. Take your time, keep it fun and you'll get your results by next March or even before. Good luck and keep us posted..André
