When I Started:
Jun, 2002
How I Started:
Started lifting in the military during the Gulf War (#1) as a way to pass the time. Since then was lifting on and off for a long time (mostly off) then started up again in 2002, and have been on and off since then (mostly on lol)
Why I Love It:
When I'm on I love the way it makes me feel mentally, like nothing can stand in your way. It makes my relationships, friendships, that much better because I have confidence and a love for life.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is VERY hard for me. My cycle of lifting goes something like this: Start lifting regularly, lose weight, gain strength and some muscle, feel great about myself, start getting satisfied where I'm at and miss a workout, then two, then three...miss a week...2 weeks...a month...2 months....4 months...gain weight, feel like crap, then start the cycle again.
BB Accomplishments:
None really except even with my inconsistency I have still gained a lot of muscle and strength compared to when I started off.

Goal (Long):

I am currently following a weightlifing/cardio circuit training style workout. My goal is to lower bf%, improve cardio, and muscular endurance, maintain my current muscle mass.
This workout is like a regular weightlifting workout except I have...
