well i dont go to a gym i work out at my house everyday like mondays,wensdays,and friday i workout 3 times a day and tuesdays thursdays and saturdays 2 times a day and everyday is a full body workout but i just cant find any workout to define my abs more

can u give me some advice
i wont to kno how to gain 10lbs in 3 months but i dont want it to be pure fat i want at least half of it to be muscle and can i still work out while im trying to put on this weight

if im trying to put on weight can i work out to or should i stop working out for about a month andput on sme weight
