How I Started:
i started wrestling in school and we worked out alot and i loved it so i started working out everyday and ever since then ive seen tremendous results and i dont plan on quitting my routine
Why I Love It:
i love when i actually see my self getting bigger in size and more tone to my body
How I Stay Motivated:
its hard not to once you start seeing results you cant stop

both of my arms have icreased an inch in size and the tone has greatly increased

dont stop lifting. may want to cut back on the cardio for a while, of course that may hurt your wrestling some as im sure you know cardio is an important key in wrestling. just keep lifting and stack on the protien.
