Goal (Long): trying to get my bench to around 435 and dropped down to around 198ish. and maybe compete in a powerlifting meet. to possible take the state record for the 198 weight class.

Yo yng Jarhead...yeah I can lift some good weight, max on my squat and deadlift probably around 650 lbs now, last meet it was 600. Bench is weaker due to my shoulder injury a while back, max probably about 405. Hows yer gains coming? Can give ya advice on diet, etc here.
