Yeah again I got to a point where bulking didn't make me look the way I felt so I wanted to look inshape all the time.

I stay pretty close to it that shot is the day before a comp. I am now getting leaned out gain.

How's the training. Very good here. Testing myself in a new area...been doing some mountain bike racing....brutal but fun! An incredible and brutal experience. Closer to lifting and sprinting than running or road riding. So much more intense than I ever imagined. Have you ever done any riding?

My kids are actually doing a mountain bke race down toward Pittsburgh and we have some triathlons and some road races throughout. Along with camps for soccer,swimming and you name it. It gets a bit chaotic and confusing.How about you any races this summer?

Great job! Checked out your progress pics.Body building is the best. It is incredible what the body is capable of. Keep pushing the limits the rewards are endless.
