ya man you wouldnt beleive the size i added!!! i m almost at 1.5" on my arms in about 2 months and 2 weeks, my legs grew 1.5" in 2 months, its going good man! definetaly worth this
Thanks for the advice on the shoulders. I've been hitting them from all angles. Guess that I should take my time increasing the weight on the different lateral raises.
I just started lifting 6 days a week and I really like it too. The workouts are short and intense.
ahha damn right it is, ha i didn't even realize i said that, its cuz you asked me so i just responded that way, i don't want to sound conceided cuz i want to be so much bigger!!! lol
haha ya, good question eh, well i worked out before for 2 years on a work out of 4 days, 1 day off , 4 days.. continue it, but for 6 months when i first started training i was working out non stop no days off, so i got a lot of size out of that, but i am gaining so much more size on this work out! i got injured so i was only working out for about 1 year and a half
i got a 3 day work out, monday chest shoulders tricep and abs, wednesday hamstrings quads and calves, and friday back biceps forearms, remember back there's thickness and width, i do both, and the anator is working well for me
