My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I do alot of light weight, high rep workouts and usually only 1 day a week I lift heavy. Cardio 5 days / week
Diet,
I stick to a pretty low carb diet. I dont do sugar, caffeine, white foods, soda, whole milk, chips, candy, cookies etc. I mostly eat meats and vegetables. I try sticking as close to serving sizes as possible and i document EVERYTHING. I'm probably a little overly compulsive in this area now but hey. It works for me. When I'm really on it, I dont eat anything after about 8pm for weeks at a time. I take multi-vitamins, vit A, vit D, B12, OMega 3-6-9, 100% Whole Grains Protein meal replacement shakes, Eightball HEAT extreme Pre-Workout, Drink about 12 glasses of water per day.
Monday -Cardio, Chest, Bi's, Tri's (Light weight & High Reps)
Tuesday- Rest
Wednesday- Cardio,Legs, Lower Body (Light weight & High Reps)
Thursday-Cardio, Chest, Bi's, Tri's (Heavy weight & Low Reps)
Friday-Cardio, Neck Back and Shoulders (Light weight & High Reps)
Saturday-Cardio,
Sunday-Rest
