do lots of lat work... like when u work back do 8 sets of lat pull downs with various grip widths. then ull get wider when ur lats flare out. that will make ur waist visually appear thinner. then pump up that chest upper with incline dumbell work.. and it will make the stomach appear smaller. then build the arms and shoulders, cut the body fat and ull be set.
Welcome to Bodyspace and thanks for the add and kind words. Diet and cardio are the keys to getting shredded. But don't cut too much too soon and don't go overboard on cardio. It takes time and discipline.
