My short term goal is to get to the gym 5-6 times a week, with some days being 2x training sessions. I want to lose 1-2 lbs per week until I reach my goal.
I was away for a while with medical issues,Cists as well as my mom is in the hospital going through some major sugery processes.I am back now and I'm ready to get myself back again! 30 lbs down,30 lbs more to go!
