How I Started:
I got started in lifting weights back in high school. I played basketball and ran track, so i need to get stronger for both sports.
Why I Love It:
Weight lifting makes you feel good, also it helps you relieve stress built up from work and other issuses.
How I Stay Motivated:
My children for one, i want to be healthy and fit to do things with them. Also my job requires a degree of physical strenght.

Not to get back to the size and body i had right out of high school, but to do it better.
Goal (Long):
I want to be as ripped as i was right out of high school. The only difference is i do not want to be the same size. I weight 155 lbs back then, right now i weight from 200 to 205 lbs. I want to get down to 185 or 190, but also to be shredded.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
