following in my dads footsteps from when i was 13. turned serious at 16. have been addicted ever since
Why I Love It:
the motivation and trial it takes to reach that ultamate goal. going to the gym during the day for me is like waking up christmas morning.
How I Stay Motivated:
surround myself with people that are bigger, stronger, and better. keeps my mindset that someday i will look like them.
BB Accomplishments:
405 on bench. (done the other day) and making an incredible gain of 50 lbs in one year. 130 lbs to 180 lbs.
