When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I used to work out when I was in my senior year of high school. Got to college, stopped for a bit then started back when I turned 20. Now I am back in the game, as I have enough time on my hand, and what better thing to do but workout my body to it's full potential?
Why I Love It:
I love to see the gains in the mirror. Also it's something to keep me focused, and disciplined.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror, looking at progresses of people who either were my size and are currently bigger, or are on the journey with me also.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to at least 165lbs and maybe compete just for fun.

Want to get to the max amount of weight I can be at, with a defined look at a 10% bf.
Goal (Long):
My desire, in the long run, is to be 165 lbs of lean muscle, with maybe about 9% body fat. I don't want to be too lean, but enough to slightly see my abs. Also want to have the ability to look like I work out, without having to flex or anything. I am not a legs person, so while I am working them out, I hope to increase their mass. Also I am starting to get into deadlifting and hope that eventually I can reach a very impressive weight amount for my height. This is definitely one of the long term goals I have, because even if I reach 165lbs at 9% body fat, but I can still keep going with the deadlifting, I am definitely not going to stop and neither am I going to rush it.
I am only 5'7" and I don't think people believe I can make it to my max, in lifts or in weight. I believe as if, personally, that I will end up catching ADHD from this and stopping. But I don't want that. I want to keep going, keep disciplined. When I feel lazy, just push myself out of my bed and go and work out. When I feel like I am not succeeding, I want to be able to just sit down and ram through that plateau.
Currently, I increased my db curls to 30 lbs. I see that as nothing. I want to get higher, maybe at about 90lbs curling. Then in bench pressing, I am at about 100lbs. I want to be able to double my weight. I am 130, so 260 but in the long run, I want to be about 300+. I want to be at about 500lbs deadlifting, by the end of my goal.
I just want to be a beast, basically. I want to see the reactions to people when I walk in with my 165lb frame, into the gym to work out. And they see that I am a 5'7" individual but I am packed with enough force to bench more than any of them in there.
I don't know how long it will take me to get there. I gained 10 lbs in a month and a half. So I am going steady. But to get from 130lbs to 165lbs, is a long journey. Although I heard a guy gained 50 lbs in 9 months. I am not sure if this is possible, but all I have to gain is 35 lbs, way less than that. I hope by the beginning of fall I am a couple of pounds away from my goal. Even if that means I have to bulk up 5 more lbs, to get my bf% down to 9%.
I know I had began my weigh in at 138lbs, but that was without weighing for a couple of weeks. But, today, I weighed in and I am at 145lbs, gave or take a lb. So, I went over my goal and beyond, and I didn't even notice it. But the good thing is, I am at about 14% bf, and I didn't notice...
Whats up. You asked me about nursing school in one post, and it seemed to be a legitimate question (in a previous post you seemed sarcastic about it). I'm in my third year of a four year program, and so far, I love it. Any questions, just ask.
