Tomorrow I am starting a new Training style called doggcrapp. I am just trying it out to see what happens with me. If it works december excaibur here i come.
My training routine
Day 1: Chest & Back Width & Calves
C:
Incline dumbbell press 3-4 x 8-12
Incline dumbbell flye 3 x 8-12
Flat Hammer or dumbbell press 3 x 8-12
Pec deck 7 x 8-12
BW:
Warm-up:
Neutral-grip chin-ups 3 x failure
Wide-grip pulldowns 3 x 8-12
Barbell row 3...
keep in mind, you have to practice yelling both names to see if it fits!! My samuel's middle name is quincy.....I can yell it really well when he gets in trouble.
I prefer traditional strong names for children, perhaps from the bible. i have Nicholas, Caleb and Samuel. i have an Alicia, but love Sophia, Anastasia, Isabella.....very feminine for girls. Congrats!
I've been doing good. I done my measurements today and they are looking good. I can see muscle in my arms now. Nothing major but its there,lol. Its better than seeing only fat.
whats up man...where'd you play your college ball at? i'm at dickinson college in PA, so i can completely relate to the struggle between partying and training. you make big gains and go out one night to celebrate, then you lift like **** the first couple days of next week...not fun. good luck, and keep on trainin'
nice build impressive build...i know eactly what it like trying to stay away from those beers...but i'm italy and its impossible to stay away from alcohol.
Hey whats up...I also competed at the NYS INBF...I think we actually talked back stage....how's it going man??? Looks like you are still lifting hard...same on this end....When do you think you are going to do another show?
