I was the tiny, geeky kid in middle school, tired of being picked on. I asked for a bench and weights for Christmas my 7th grade year and have never looked back. While still a geek, I am no longer so tiny!
Why I Love It:
I love lifting! I love the pain. I love the day to day challenge of pushing myself to the next level. Schwarzenegger, the pump, explains it all!
How I Stay Motivated:
The insatiable, tugging, burning desire to be bigger and stronger.

2006 NPC USA Wheelchair Championships - 1st
2007 NPC Wheelchair Nationals - 2nd Heavyweight
2007 Mr. Ball State - Guest Pose

You have all heard of it... the 100,000lb workout. Those of you who havent are thinking, "lift 100,000lbs... in one workout?... Bullshit." No bullshit. I used to do them on a regular basis in high school on leg days, but since I broke my back and can only do upper body, I havent done...
I want to compliment you on your exceptional physique. It took an incredible amount of drive and determination to build it and you are to be congratulated. Your body is one that very few men are willing to do what is required to develop. You’re a great inspiration to so many others, including me.
You are proof that you cannot dream yourself into the body you want: you must hammer and forge it, rep by agonizing rep.
Stay strong, focused and determined.
Hi Jeff... great job at Mr. BSU by the way... However, I just noticed when I added you as a friend you left me a comment askin if I was doing Mr. BSU this year but the answer is no because I just wasn't ready. I need to learn a lot more before I compete. Keep up the great work

Do you know Defyfate and Patricklogger here on bodyspace? They would be a great addition to your friends list. You look fantastic - hope to hear from you!
I can't believe I ran across our profile ad photos today! How awesome - the videos of your posing are great and your body is ripped! Back, shoulders, chest - all well defined, but your biceps are WICKED - I love the shape, size, definition and hardness! Nice work man! Glad to be your Kentucky neighbor! -Ray
