Use to play basketball and tennis but knees started to give out. Started creating bodybuilding artworks for likes of Shawn Ray, Ronnie Coleman, and Frank Zane and scanning mags for photos led me to reading the articles about how to lift properly.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because now I can keep in shape without my knees swelling to the size of my head. I do not miss the ice packs one bit! My love of the sport is from my childhood where I was a comic book lover. I learned to draw by drawing muscled up heros. Just stuck I guess.
How I Stay Motivated:
Punk music and Hate! Just kidding about the hate. After the initial pain, you learn that the pain is growth. After a while it's not really pain any more. The Lard, or Minor Threat, or Offspring help a lot.
Lose the last 5 lbs fat gain ten lbs muscle so I can take over the world.
Goal (Long):
Finally lose the last 5 pounds while putting 10 more pounds of muscle. Get my metabolism to the point where I can have a doughnut every now and again. And become strong enough to take over the world.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
