muscleandginger Anyone do spartan races? How was it, how did you train for it? I need a new goal until I compete again next April. But I'm not a good runner

  • im going to do the spartan beast this Dec. First time but they have a newsletter that gives you some workouts to help prepare. They can be tough! Keep me informed on how your training is going and any pointers or tips you pick up.
