Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My trainer is my training partner so that works out extra good for me :) I would rather train with him any day of the week than by myself... I will always work and push myself harder when he's there. Having someone to train with is a great way to ensure you don't get lazy... One of you will keep the other in line. And when you are working toward the same goals as the partner you train with it makes it all seem worth it because not only are you working toward your goals but you are simutaniously there to help them achieve theirs. It helps when they let you blare Brittany Spears too :). JUST KIDDING! Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log... You will never know progress if your not looking for it and you can't build strength if you don't know your starting point.
