Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My trainer is my training partner so that works out extra good for me :) I would rather train with him any day of the week than by myself... I will always work and push myself harder when he's there...more

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log... You will never know progress if your not looking for it and you can't build strength if you don't know your starting point.
