JUST HIT CHEST HARDER THAN EVER! 2 WEEKS, THATS ALL I NEED, ALL I ASK

Background
I got started when my parents gave me a weight set for christmas. I was a pretty lazy kid back then so i didnt think ide use it to much but that summer i started to get bored and i pulled out that weight set which had the barbell and dumbells and a bunch of weights. I just started by doing a few reps at a time cus i really didnt know what i was doing and then i started to feel stronger and i coold start to see my arms have a little more muscle on them so i started using them more and more and it got to be reely fun. I started out by doing heavy weights and low reps because my dad was starting to try and get into shape around the same time so he got some muscle magazines and i began reading them and gained alot of knowledge from them. After a few months or so i was in waaaaay better shape than i had started out with and the next summer i tried to switch it up and i started to do more reps and lower weights and my muscles got way more toned than ever and the peak on my biceps was very impressive so that reely gave me more motivation so i started to work out even harder than before and i got into great shape. Ive never given up on it and I have been keeping on working out ever since!!
I love working out so much becuase it gives you so much confidence and makes you feel proud of the results and to know that you were the one who made that body as strong as it is and it's really just the results that keep me coming back for more. I love it because it shows people that it is possible. It is possible to have the body that people want and ya it takes hard work but you have to know it's inside of you every step of the way and that you can do whatever you want in your life.
