Background

When I Started: Jun 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I got started when my parents gave me a weight set for christmas. I was a pretty lazy kid back then so i didnt think ide use it to much but that summer i started to get bored and i pulled out that weight set which had the barbell and dumbells and a bunch of weights. I just started by doing a few reps at a time cus i really didnt know what i was doing and then i started to feel stronger and i coold start to see my arms have a little more muscle on them so i started using them more and more and it got to be reely fun. I started out by doing heavy weights and low reps because my dad was starting to try and get into shape around the same time so he got some muscle magazines and i began reading them and gained alot of knowledge from them. After a few months or so i was in waaaaay better shape than i had started out with and the next summer i tried to switch it up and i started to do more reps and lower weights and my muscles got way more toned than ever and the peak on my biceps was very impressive so that reely gave me more motivation so i started to work out even harder than before and i got into great shape. Ive never given up on it and I have been keeping on working out ever since!!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out so much becuase it gives you so much confidence and makes you feel proud of the results and to know that you were the one who made that body as strong as it is and it's really just the results that keep me coming back for more. I love it because it shows people that it is possible. It is possible to have the body that people want and ya it takes hard work but you have to know it's inside of you every step of the way and that you can do whatever you want in your life.

My Motivation Program

I stay motivated by all the people who I might have the ability to inspire. I stay motivated by knowing that The Lord has blessed us all with a body to know that he would want us to use it to the fullest in everything we do and to make it the best body it can ever be. Also by just keep telling myself that it has to get done and its not a chore at all for me to work out. My family is also a great support and motivators and to know when they are proud of me keeps me going and especially I love doing it and I love the results!

7/27/10- TIME TO HIT IT HARD

I started out the summer working out every single day and hittin' it hard every single workout but as the days went on I really started to mellow down on my workouts... For the past week and a half i've been dying to get back into it hard just I havent had the inspiration or drive that I used to but I think I have it now and with school on the way, My whole inspiration in the first place was to come back bigger and more ripped than I had left it 3 months ago and yeah, my muscles are bigger, but I know they could be more toned, and defined and way more impressive than they are right...

Did an awesome cardio workout yesterday and when i was warming up i also did some lunges up the driveway and man im feelin' it today! Its such an awesome hamstring stretcher and thats one muscle that i really have to work on and doing those lunges is helping, especially since stretching it most likely set the blood flowin throughout my legs. Iv been running cardio in the morning on an empty stomach to burn fat and thats something i need to get done! Iv been seeeing awesome results and I ran at least a mile, doing sprint, running, and walking intervals in between. My leg...

Legs and Abs

Todays workout was great and Iv been super sore from yesterdays hardcore chest workout!! I was also supposed to do abs yesterday too but I ran out of time so that just means I gotta start my workouts earlier I guess... I instead put the super HARDCORE abs workout into todays leg workout and man, it was killer! Im probably gonna be real sore tomorrow and the soreness is always worse on the second day so my chest is gonna be in for it tomorrow! My legs have really grown and shown alot of improvement since track then lifting weights since we were doing tons of squats and power movements then and...
