Bench has always been a really good lift for me. I only do it like once a month anymore, because I have had a couple close calls. I just strained my right pec a couple times and the last thing I ever want to do is tear it. It is fun to get on there and push some weight every once in a while though.

big obliques resulting in blocky midsection, high lats, short bis and tris, whole left side of me having shorter muscle bellies to the right, curved spine....I think that sums it up.

man i wish i had that..i gain fat easy like an endomorph and barely gain muscle like an ecto..but i guess with the right diet and training i can get big and lean..i hope lol
wow man, how did u stay so lean? Im sure that hours of training helped, but did u mainly eat red meat like serge advised or do u have any other foods that help you stay ripped.
