ok guys, im going to be little more consistant with this leading up to 4-2010 for show time, wil train back and here is outlined diet for today, itll be lower carbs day for me:
My workout program has been 5 days a wk and one body part a wk as well. My current split looks like this:
day 1-chest/calves
day 2-arms/abs
day 3-legs/calves
day 4-shoulders/traps/abs
day 5-back/calves

Hi! Just checking in...wanted to see what was happening. I got older since we last talked! Lol! My birthday was Friday but while I did celebrate, I decided not to add any age...that's my plan from here on out! Hope you are doing well and that your training is coming along. I'm still a happy camper and I'm LOVING every minute in the gym!
My next comp will be May 5th. I have to start dieting for it at the end of Feb. My training has been going good. Just been tryiing to squeeze that detail in there.

Haha. Good deal. Right now I'm the opposite. More worried about putting on the weight, then lower the bodyfat once I reach around 180 lbs or so. Keep pushin bro.
