How I Started:
I was thin and wanted to build up, so started weights in my lunch hour.
Why I Love It:
Just love the feeling of being strong and looking good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just miss the feeling when i dont work out and I hate loosing strengh and size.
BB Accomplishments:
Reached my strengh and size goals about a year ago, but due to work and other stuff have not trained seriously in about a year so I lost most of my size.

MOST CERTTAINLEY DO!. I work every muscle. My leg days are the hardest workout I have. I normally do squats unasissted. Depending on how much weight I want to use I will use a smith machine . . .
I plan to bulk up and go heavy through March, and level off around May for the summer. Lots of Push-ups on non chest days... and heavy lifts on the bench and cables.
