hey, well good luck with your goals, hope you got those abs u were looking for, u should diffinitly put some pictures up, it can really help motivate yours when you see new changes, train hard, train right!
Be your own person and pay no mind to others but if you want to lose some weight then you need to do it right. Eat "clean" meals, lift weights correctly and do at least 20 minutes of cardio 3 to 4 times per week.
Good luck with losing your weight.
What a retard as well. Run along time? If I said to run 15-20 miles a day, that would be running too much.
When I train for a fight, I run 3 miles a day, do 1 hour of rope, and work out, plus train striking, wrestling, and submissions for 3 hours. 1 mile is like a 5 minute warm up.
Women today are too headstrong and can't communicate worth a darn. Run 1 mile a day, do as many sit ups and crunches as you can. If you want to gain weight in the right places, eat, stretch, and lift hard. Then eat a ton more and sleep 10+ hrs. a night. Trust me, I have gained 30lbs of lean mass this year. I work out for power, women work out to look good in a swimsuit.
Listen guy, don't pay attention to this silly little 110lb girl. The difference between what she does and knows in no way applies to what you are trying to do. I didn't say do 700 a day, I said I did 700 once as a kid.
hmm.. i dont know if i agree with that guys post below... to gain weight you dont want to run for a long time. you are going to burn too many calories. you gain weight buy eating more calories than you burn... so try to eat 5000/day and lift heavy. also 700 situps a day wont be better than just doing 100-200. Doing shitloads of ab work can actually just make you thick & blocky in the waist. Not to mention you need to let each muscle group have sufficiently recovery time.
If you want any information about strength/weight gain, I can help. My main advice is start running alot, at least 1 mile a day, and do as many crunches as you can. When I was a kid I sat up one night doing sit ups until I couldn't move. I did 700, and I had a six pack for a long long time afterward. When you do sit ups until they hurt and then stop, you build bigger muscles which make your stomach look bigger. You feel the burn, and then keep going for at least 10 reps.
