Transformation Challenge
I have come close to achieving what I consider a successful physique twice in my life. Once in my early 30's and again when I was 40.
This time I want to do it!!!! I am not getting any younger and watching my father pass slowly each day from cancer has been a reminder to me to push harder today, as we never know how much time we have left.
So this time I am going to try to complete in 3 months what I could never finish in a lifetime. If I get there thats great, if I dont I am going to persevere until I do. My goal is a physique that rivals Ben Booker, Greg Plitt or Nick Auger. Move over guys here I come!! ;)
Hopefully I can reach that goal in by April 18 which I think is my 3 month time allotment, if not then perhaps by July 1.
