IM in control no one else. If i slack or cheat on my meals it shows u cant hide being lazy. It takes 110% to suceed in this game.NO LESS.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
torn shoulder. Layed of the gym for about 3 months. Still have major pain.

so that gym is called 'Crossfit' and Its at like mile post 8- 8.5 that area of Kill Devil Hills. My buddy goes there. And some of the gyms that go there compete.

Not really.... The OBX is lax on gyms! That's why I didn't get into lifting until I got to Raleigh! haha There is the YMCA in Nags Head and Nautics Hall in Manteo (it's REALLY REALLY small!) and there is one more that I have to check with a friend of mine that is good- I'll find out for ya!
