Being the FAT kid growing up! That got real old real fast.
Why I Love It:
IM in control no one else. If i slack or cheat on my meals it shows u cant hide being lazy. It takes 110% to suceed in this game.NO LESS.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
torn shoulder. Layed of the gym for about 3 months. Still have major pain.

I had a great Christmas and New Years my friend, thank you for asking. I have now even changed gyms. How about you? Did you eat the entire turkey by yourself or where you staying controlled and leaving a wing or a scoop of mashed potatoes for the others? Do you have any competitions coming up in the near future? Oh I know the feeling...first day back is always a you know what....but hey..its a new year...new attitudes...Training is going very well..busting it more than ever...gonna post new pics and I guarantee you, you will see a difference. Im on it...bigtime!

sorry for the late reply! This are good- home for the holidays (OBX) and was thinking about hitting that gym on the beach- OBX sports club? Isn't that the one you went to? Maybe I'll check out Crossfit instead, one of my buddies goes there and they have some awesome equiptment he said. How is your training? Ps- we hit up Stripers TWICE this week! lol
