Reason: I take it to gain muscle. Has a great rep, and its living up to it so far.
GNC L-Glutamine
Started: May 10, 2008
Reason: Muscle recovery. I take one after a workout and one before bed. Helps soreness and joints.
GNC Fish Oil
Started: May 10, 2008
Reason: I don't take it a lot cause I get enough fat eating at work anyways. This is good...

You seem to be yeah. Oh well join the club about the miles away. I'm not even 10%. Hah oh really? Well thanks but I thought I was pretty fat these days. I've been crippled more than once which set me back and my genetics are the worst you'll ever come accross hah.
But brute force and buffing has managed to make me some gains. My diet is strict too. Not that it has a great effect in my case but it all counts and adds up slowly I guess and eventually i'll improve.

Pretty simple.....supplements which are listed on my page, plenty of shakes, lots of fish/tuna/chicken and salads. Just now got serious with utilizing complex carbs more like brown rice and sweet potatoes. I'm cutting hardcore right now so kinda limiting that. Besides that, I'm just eating a bunch of protein rich meals and a bunch of water.
You?
