When I Started: Aug, 1999
How I Started: I was into sports a lot in school. The coaches always made us work out in our off season and see what are max was. It was the best thing that I could have done for myself.
Why I Love It: I love the way I feel and look after I work out. I feel like I can take care of myself. I love knowing that I am doing something good for my body. So that my husband finds me sexy.
How I Stay Motivated: I think of someone I know whos out of shape and ask my self if I want to look like that. I beat myself up about not being able to do one more set. It works. My husband, hes into eating healthy and working out so it keeps my mind frame right. He is always pushing me to do more weight. Hes the best motivator of all. And I want to be healthy so I can live to see my son get married and have kids.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to be more muscle defined, not too bulky but more of a sexy muscle, so I can send pics into agents for modeling and one day maybe do some fitness modeling.
Goal (Long): I have always been very picky about my body. If I ate pizza or some candy I had to go run or work out so I didnt feel guilty. I want to be healthy and by the time I am 40 or 50 still have a great looking body. I want people to see me and think wow, look at her body. I know that with me always feeling guilty for missing a work out or eating something bad I can stick to this.
