I was trained one summer to get ready for a sport. That was the first time I trained hardcore. I saw what my body was capable of and have been addicted ever since. I've educated myself thoroughly with how the body works and responds to the food you eat and the training you do.
Why I Love It:
I love watching your body go through transition and knowing that it all came from hard work and dedication. I love feeling fit and knowing you have a beautiful, all natural, body.
How I Stay Motivated:
First off, my fiance is a huge motivation to me. We both love to workout and we always challenge eachother. I can't lift close to as much as he can but we push eachother on cardio, see who can last longer. My bestfriend (Mandy2020) is also a huge motivation. We keep eachother accountable for everything. I also feed off of peoples negative comments and opinions such as, "NO ATHLETE CAN TRAIN THEMSELVES" and "YOU WILL NEVER GET WHERE YOU WANT TO GET BY YOURSELF" I say THAT person lives in their own world and thinks very highly of themselves. That person needs to step back and think that their just might MIGHT be someone in this world that can train themselves. I'm one of them. Watch and learn bbbbiiiiaaatttccchh!

I have trained hard before and reached goals. This time I'm training harder to reach a more difficult goal. If I had to give advice to someone on how to stick with it, it would to find some good motivation and stick with it. Stay motivated. As long as you are motivated, you will wake up when...
