Overall Goal: On To my second goal~!!! I want to tone up and see some massive definition everywhere. Am not sure where my body fat it right now, but I am pretty sure it's not where I want it.

How I Started:
I have always worked out since I can remember but never really ate the clean diet. I just recently though got into lifting weights more than cardio. I used to do a few ittle machines at the gym but focused it all on cardio. I was in good shape but never saw definition. I love to work out so am working on my ACE certification for personal trainer hopefully here in a few more months, which got me to want to transform my body. I ran into this site and have been hooked every since seeing all the transformations and advice. I can't wait to see what my body has in store for me now.
Why I Love It:
It's most of the time not the actual working out, it's the way I feel for the rest of the day after, that is what gets me hooked.

Goal (Long):
I have lost all the baby weight I wanted to!! Maybe now a few more just so I can be at an even 130. I have made more definition, my husband has seen a massive difference. YET..... I am not done!!!! I want to change my work out, focusing on abs and lower body, and up-ing my weights. I am 6 weeks in and am getting more pumped and motivated than I ever thought!!
If you knew what the weather was like you'd probably prefer to stay home. I'm in southern Cali and it's 34 degrees...& we got snow. You can't even see 5 ft in front of you.
