How I Started:
I started working out in school but nothing serious, i first got serious after my first year of college once i got a bit more knowledge under my belt
Why I Love It:
The feeling of achievement when you beat a previous PB and when people make comments about your size or your shape. Also knowing my progress is all down to me and i dont need to rely on anyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes keeps me going, and knowing that as long as i put the work in I'll keep progressing
BB Accomplishments:
Sticking with my current cut diet, training with intensity every workout, nothing to do with a contest yet ....

I started weightlifitng seriously for my martial arts in 2005 before then I was around 10 stone on and off and hit the gym once a week doin shoulders and chest!!! Things HAD to change!!!
After two weeks cutting program, need to lose another 6% i think, plus add another 5 pounds of overall mass to get started!
To cut BF% by June and then to cleanly bulk to about 210, maybe compete
Goal (Long):
to get to a cut 210lbs with 6-8% bodyfat and then compete in an NPA show in june or july, i have 7 months to drop 7% bf and to gain some muscle during my clean bulk then cut phase.
Looking great Josh. Looks like you've done a clean bulk keeping that bodyfat low. You've make some great progress. Great chest and biceps. Keep training hard and you'll reach your goals.
