Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Well I just jacked my back again, its like that if I lift hard one day and Im paying for it the next, I have old back injuries so I guess Im more prone than others...

That is about where I am. I fell apart since summer hit. I haven't worked out or ate right for over 2 months and have gained about 25 pounds back. The abs and veins are long gone. I gotta start getting back on the stick, but can't afford gas to drive 100 mile round trip to the gym every day. Hopefully you're doing a lot better than I am.
