I've pretty much been chubby for most of my adult life, and I haven't been as dedicated as I should have been to really lose the amount of weight that I've always wanted to. My excuses were that I love food too much, or that I was always too busy. But now these excuses are getting old. My fat belly is getting old. My chubby legs are getting old and I NEED to do something about it for my health.
I want to feel confident in the clothes I would like to wear. I want for my body not to jiggle and wiggle when I move. I want to be about 125-135 lbs of pure sexy with a body fat percentage of 20. I plan to achieve this goal within the next 6 months with hard training and dedication! And to eventually compete. Lord Please Be With Me!

Well lady just try to squeeze in some walking time at work if possible an choose your meals wisely. Just try to stayed focused as much as possble and hang in there...
The past couple days, no, not so great. I haven't went to the gym at all. I'm not seeing the same weight loss results this week either for some reason. I adjusted my calories to my "lazy" days and still had a 500 deficit but I'm only seeing a few ounces of loss. Maybe Water? Not sure. I will weigh again on Thurs. (that's my true weekly weigh in day)Hopefully there will be a change.

If you mean shaky like, your arms would've given out because they feel like noodles, don't worry about it- you gave your all. If you meant shaky like, your nerves were shot, take one less pill of the H-CUT or remove any other caffeine based food stuffs from your diet. Or start taking multivitamins as well.
