Workout Program:
I currently hit the weights 3 days per week, with the last weight day being more of a 'total body' day. I'm soon to change it though to possibly doing circuit training on all 3 days to work on my endurance and to help with the cut.

Day 1: 20 mins low intensity cardio in the morning and then a 30 min, moderate bike ride in the afternoon

Day 2: Chest/back (all supersets), heavyish abs

Day 3: Same as day 1

Day 4: Shoulders/arms/light legs/light abs

Day 5: Same as days 1 and 2

Day 6: 'Upper body pump'...I do tri-sets with chest,back and shoulders (3 exercises per body part with higher rep range) and do medium-heavy abs. No arms and no legs

I usually go for a 30-40 minute run outside later in the afternoon

Day 7: Depending on how I feel, I'll do some sort of cardio - swimming, running or biking for 30 minutes
