Background
Started back in grade 10 training for hockey/football. Of course, back then and pretty much all through high school, I didn't know shit about proper training/nutrition, so results were limited. I'm no bodybuilder though. I'm just an well rounded athlete, fitness enthusiast and someone who loves to stay in shape.
Well first and foremost, I just like being active. I like challenging myself, setting goals and then crushing them. It gives me a good sense of personal achievement. Of course, there are extrinsic rewards such as taking your shirt off at the beach and having girls gawk : ) But six-pack abs won't get you anywhere if you don't have a good personality. So with that said, I train for myself.

My Workout Program
Day 1: 20 mins low intensity cardio in the morning and then a 30 min, moderate bike ride in the afternoon
Day 2: Chest/back (all supersets), heavyish abs
Day 3: Same as day 1
Day 4: Shoulders/arms/light legs/light abs
Day 5: Same as days 1 and 2
Day 6: 'Upper body pump'...I do tri-sets with chest,back and shoulders (3 exercises per body part with higher rep range) and do medium-heavy abs. No arms and no legs
I usually go for a 30-40 minute run outside later in the afternoon
Day 7: Depending on how I feel, I'll do some sort of cardio - swimming, running or biking for 30 minutes
