How I Started:
I used to work out a lot in high school. I was a wrestler and football player until injuries stopped me. I started working out again because I realized I was fat, lazy and out of shape!
Why I Love It:
I feel better about myself when I work out. I have more energy and feel as if I am improving the rest of my life with every rep.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at all of my old friends who are still in the lifestyle I left behind and thinking, "that used to be me!!!!"

I want to get back into the shape I was in when I wrestled, but without the unhealthy eating habits and un-stable weight. I want to create a lifestyle and look I can manage for the rest of my life.
I would also like to help the rest of my family learn about bettering their health through my good example. Not only will this let them live a longer, healthier and hopefully happier life, but it will keep me motivated and on track with my own fitness goals.
dude, good log clean and press today! Awesome job sticking that hvy single after missing it twice! I think yr new program will give u some good direction and allow u 2 b more efficient w/yr time in the gym, and life! And btw, u have abs...they're just hiding!! :)
