So I've been into this "new" diet for 4 weeks now. What I changed:
No carbs for night. Ie. no rice, ww pasta or my FF greek yogurt -yumm #drooling#
Mostly fish, chicken, turkey chops on lettuce, goat cheese feta crumbles, and no calorie preserv.
As about the change on my body. Nothing...

read your blog...give it time! if your eating right and doing cardio there is not reason that your not loosing weight. you need to tightn up is some aspect.

Hi there. Answered your tongue in cheek post about losing 40lbs and then being able to chin. Some very worthy goals. And some nice progress shots. Don't put yourself down. You have a beautiful structure. Excellent potential for all your muscle and bf goals. Best of luck.
