I realized that I am 26, and after having three kids I want to be in the best shape I can be in.
Why I Love It:
Working out for me is my personal time where can get away from all the worries in the world. Its all about me for a little while.

Concentrate on Weight Loss Training Mainly doing cardio and slowy clean up your diet.. do it for at least a month. dont rush it.. supplements you have to just try them all out to see what works for you...
