Background
I decide to make a change in my life for while growing up I always always made fun of and picked upon. That obviously did not go down well and when my friend introduced the Body For Life book by Bill Phillips, the rest was history. I only started to get quite serious in the month of August 2006 because it hit me that if I were to do something I will give it my best shot and I have not regretted all the work that I have done so far. I definitely feel much fitter and better now. My outlook on life has changed for the best!
It helps to relieve stress and it is always a good reminder to yourself that you will be healthier and fitter.

A few pointers we all should take note
1. Squeeze on the top for all exercises
2. Muscle – Mind connection is the key
3. Form must be perfect( Cheating allowed on last 1 or 2 reps)
4. Leave the ego at the door.
