I decide to make a change in my life for while growing up I always always made fun of and picked upon. That obviously did not go down well and when my friend introduced the Body For Life book by Bill Phillips, the rest was history.
I only started to get quite serious in the month of August 2006 because it hit me that if I were to do something I will give it my best shot and I have not regretted all the work that I have done so far.
I definitely feel much fitter and better now. My outlook on life has changed for the best!
Why I Love It:
It helps to relieve stress and it is always a good reminder to yourself that you will be healthier and fitter.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading articles on BB.com, fitness books,magazines and looking at the profiles on bodyspace
BB Accomplishments:
Changing from a fatty 85kg into a lean 80kg with muscle definition.

This was taken when I was 187 pounds in 2004 . Too much fat here. This was one of the reasons that I made a change. Really bad. My chin was disappearing!
I want to increase the size of my arms to a good 15.5 - 16 inches.
My left portion of my chest seems a little less muscular compared to my right. I would love to correct this thus having the symmetrical shape.
I would love to have bigger lats as their quite small at the moment. Pull-ups have been helping!
I would like to increase my bench for its very low at the moment. I would love to bench at least 150 pounds-180 pounds within the next year!
A waist size of 29-32 would be great eventually and set of hard washboard abs.
I got up this morning thinking that I would go for my workout in the afternoon but when I woke up I felt a intense feeling of stiffness around my neck shoulder. Whenever I would tilt my head up it would hurt. I have been applying deep heat products for the past day and I hope it gets better...
i have the same prob. as u with the chest. how r things coming along for ya? its coming along well, also, try adding some pushups after ur done to really fry them bad boys, lol, L8, KIT!
Just droppin by to check on your progress. Still hitting hard here, twice a days. Should have a new workout partner soon, so I can start lifting heavy again.

And i am quite skinny. I only weight 53-55 kg. Should i start working out from gain some weight first?
