At 310lbs for over 10+ years it was time to save my own life
Why I Love It:
I feel much better about myself and I control my body now
How I Stay Motivated:
My son (12) is getting bigger every day and I need to be able to keep being his wrestling partner as he passes me in height.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have lost 80+ lbs then went through bulking phase. I am now doing a cut to hit my final goal of 210 for 10% BF.

8x8 at light weight with no more than 30 seconds rest between sets. Pre-workout is 5 minutes at 5mph light jog. Nightly is at least 1 hour walking the dog and most nights an hour or Rock Band on drums!
Good for you i just basically had the same story started out at 310 at my heaviest down to 220 lost 90 pounds all together. Do you have alot of excess skin on your waist i cant seem to get rid of it i may never. can only hope

Thanks! I started out in data - WAN routing first, then LAN switching - then Voice because my data company was bought by a telecom company (clue) and now a lot of multimedia/voip/UC/ some wifi/wimax...awesome transformation, BTW!
