How I Started:
Ever since I've played ball for a school I have been in the weight room. I seriously started hitting the weights summer 2006.
Why I Love It:
Because it gives me the strength and endurance I need to play ball at a high intensity, and I like to take care of my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I see how it can be when you neglect your body, so I want to take care of my body so it will take care of me later.

Goal (Short):
I would like to add on lean muscle and increase my vertical leap.
Goal (Long):
I would like increase the size of my calf muscles alongside increasing my vertical jump by about 8 inches. I would like to pack on about 10 pounds of lean muscle and reduce my bodyfat percentage to about 6%.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

Today was a great day at the gym. Me ad my friend Jorge worked out our arms. It helps to have someone there working out with you to push you. Anyway we really pushed it toady, and one thing we kept saying to each was "all your love, all your power". I know it might sound weird, but...
